Terms & Conditions

  1. PRICES. All orders are invoiced at prices correct at the date and time of despatch.
  2. DELIVERY. We will make every effort to meet our delivery time targets but unless agreed in writing cannot guarantee to be within those times.
  3. CLAIMS AGAINST CARRIERS. The Company will not be responsible for any delay occasioned by the dispatch agents after the goods leave The Magic of Spain's warehouse. Any damage or errors must be notified in writing within three days of receipt of goods. .
    NO CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES WILL BE CONSIDERED IF THE GOODS HAVE BEEN SIGNED FOR AS IN GOOD CONDITION.
  4. OWNERSHIP OF GOODS. Until goods have been paid for in full they remain the Property of The Magic of Spain.
  5. DEFECTS AND GUARANTEE. No claims for faulty materials or workmanship will be entertained if the goods have been modified after leaving The Magic of Spain.
  6. RETURNS & REFUNDS - Cooling Off Period
    The Distance Selling Regulations gives customers a 7 day "cooling off" period. During this period you may cancel your order and The Magic of Spain will reimburse you within 30 days for the full costs of the goods ordered. The cooling off period ends seven working days after the day you receive the goods.
    If you have received the goods (or they have been despatched to you) then you have a duty to take "reasonable care" of them so that they may be re-sold as new. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

  7. CANCELLED ORDERS. Orders will only be considered cancelled if a request is received before the goods are dispatched. After dispatch a request for a Return and Refund must be issued by the customer (see above).
